Theihc governance is dictated by its bylaws under the authorization of the 501C Chapter. All activities of theihc must be approved by a majority of active voting members of the board of directors.

Our Purpose:

1.To receive, manage, and distribute monetary donations, equipment and supplies.

2. To help establish health care facilities in remote areas.

3. To provide services for impoverished children worldwide.
